Learners can come to school with their PE clothes for the whole day ONLY on the days that their class have PE.
Please ensure that your child has a “School Diary” – one with the months, days and dates filled in so they can write their homework down as instructed by the teacher.

Parents must provide learners with a healthy lunch.
NO ENERGY DRINKS are allowed.
There is a tuckshop available that is going cashless- all necessary information will be provided in due time.
Learners can wear civvies on the day of their birthday and bring cupcakes or cake to school.
Please cut the cake before bringing it to school.
- Ensure your child is at school on time.
- Be involved in their work.
- Check their books and ask questions about the work they learned that day.
- Let them READ a lot! Reading will help them with all the subjects.
- Speak to their children about basic manners. Discipline starts at home.
- English Home Language- 50%
- Afrikaans First Additional Language- 40%
- Sepedi First Additional Language- 40%
- Mathematics- 40%
If the learner fails any of above-mentioned subjects, they fail the term.
All the other subject musts be over 40%.
If you fail two or more of these subjects you will not pass the term.
Learners that are absent due to illness must produce a doctor’s note when they are absent for more than two days. Leaners must complete work that has been missed during those days. In the case where a formal assessment has been missed, a doctor’s note is also required.
We are NOT allowed to administer any medication to any learner.
If a learner gets sick during school time, parents will be contacted. Please ensure your child knows your contact details or has it written down somewhere.
In the case of a learners that has asthma- ensure that they have an asthma pump at school, either in their bag or with their register teacher so that it is easily accessible.
Learners miss a lot of work when they are absent, as a results it affects their overall performancance.
Intervention and recovery classes takes place in the morning at 07:25- 07:55
All learners receive a loan form at the beginning of the year with the number and condition of the textbooks filled in, it must be signed and sent back to the register class teacher. The parents need to verify the book number and condition before signing the loan form, as they will be held liable for any damages or lost textbooks.
Parents are responsible to buy all writing books that the learner may need.
